FOR DESIGN WORK

How much? Everyone wants to know how much! We understand. It’s important. Wouldn’t it be great if we lived in a world with no budgets? One where we could spend unlimited time and money on the design and development of our communications materials. We know…we don’t live there. We also understand that everyone has a budget.

Bulldog Graphics hourly rates are very competitive and well within industry standards. We are nearly 40% less than large design and marketing firms, and 25% less than what most commercial printers will charge for design time. We are also much less than freelance designers in large metropolitan areas.

That being said, we are not cheap, but we are affordable. We will also make every effort to find a design solution for you that your checkbook can live with. Contact us and let’s talk about your needs, your wants, and your budget.

Honest Hourly Billing

Bulldog Graphics does not have hourly minimums. This is not a law firm. You will not be billed for a quarter-hour because we sent you an email. If we completed a small text update on your website and it took us 5 minutes, you won’t be invoiced until we have made 12 of those types of changes. We believe in the theory of ‘perceived value’.

Customer Satisfaction

With the exception of this web site, Bulldog Graphics doesn’t do any formal advertising. We rely on satisfied customers to pass our name along to others who may need our services. Therefore, it’s in our best interest to make sure that our clients are completely happy with the work we do for them. We will guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the work we do for you.

If you’re not happy, and we can’t resolve the problem, don’t pay the bill. Period.

This is a genuine effort to ensure that our customers stay happy. Now, if you’re an unethical, freddie-freeloader who’s looking to take advantage of a small business, then please go away.

We’re not unreasonable and we’re not rigid. If you have an important project to complete under a tight budget, let’s talk about it. Because of our experience, we can often suggest ways to meet your goals that are cost-effective. Methods you may not have thought of. A great way to have a happy client is to complete a project under budget. We love happy clients!

PROJECT

QUOTES

We will quote all web site design projects and will quote print design projects upon request. You may also fill out our online quote request form.

A quote is based on the total project scope and our estimate of the time to complete it. For large projects/quotes, we will discount our hourly rates for the opportunity to complete a large project. Significant changes in the scope of a project, or changes that reflect a new direction to the project will effect the quoted cost and the completion/delivery time. Additions to your original project may be quoted and invoiced separately and are not subject to your original delivery schedule.

You will be notified if your project has reached 80% of the quoted hours without also reaching an 80% completion of the project work. Time overruns are billed at ½ our standard rate. So it’s in our best interest to complete your project within the quoted time frame. Large projects may receive a time log upon completion showing actual hours worked. Clients can also request a time log at any point in their project.

DESIGN

CONTRACTS

Sounds so…legal…doesn’t it. Design contracts are for organizations in need of regular, ongoing design services. Long-term contracts allow you to reserve a block of our time each month – just for you. Starting at as few as 10 hours per month, a regular contract will discount your hourly rate and ensure that we are there for you when you need us. Other work is completed on a first-come, first-served basis. But contract customers are moved to the front of the line.
